5. Shipping

Shipping times vary by location. Estimated delivery windows may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather, or global events.

International orders may experience longer shipping times. We are not responsible for customs holds or additional fees required for package release.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Because every product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues, ordering mistakes, or buyer’s remorse.

We will replace an item only if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the issue. Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost.

We reserve the right to approve or deny claims based on evidence provided.

Because production begins quickly, orders cannot be changed or canceled once submitted.
Double-check sizes, colors, and shipping information before placing your order.
