Order Processing Time

All items from UnbornDeath Apparel are made to order.
Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.
During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, drops), processing times may be extended.

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking information once your order ships.


Shipping Times (U.S.)

Typical delivery times after processing:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days (when available)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unexpected events.


International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by destination:

  • Standard International: 7–21 business days

  • Customs clearance may extend delivery times.

International customers are responsible for all customs fees, VAT, taxes, or import duties.
These charges are determined by your country and are not included at checkout.

If customs refuses or returns a package, shipping fees are non-refundable.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear, especially for international orders.


Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If the package is returned to us due to address errors, additional shipping costs may apply to resend it.


Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.

We cannot refund or replace orders that are marked as delivered by the carrier.
For lost or stolen packages, customers must file a claim with the carrier.

If your tracking has not updated in 5+ days, contact us and we will assist however we can.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your package arrives damaged or your product is defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos.
After verification, we will send a replacement at no cost.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Because each item is made to order, we cannot modify or cancel orders once they have entered production.
Please review your order carefully before checking out.
