All items from UnbornDeath Apparel are made to order, which means we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, change of mind, or buyer’s remorse.

However, your satisfaction matters to us.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. Once verified, we will replace the item at no cost or provide an appropriate solution based on the situation.

We reserve the right to request photos, order details, or additional information to confirm the defect.

Our goal is to make sure you receive a product you love — if anything is wrong, we’ll fix it.
